A clear account of what happens to your information.

Depending on how you use Topout, the current product may handle:

• Account details such as your name, email address, password, and authentication or session security data.
• Project and operator records such as addresses, financial inputs, dates and statuses, permits, bids, contractor contact details, draws and budget lines, comparable properties and neighborhoods, listing copy and prices, punch-list data, and onboarding state.
• Project photos and related metadata, including the file type, size, caption, storage path, and upload or update timestamps.
• Information you send when you contact support or ask us to help with the service.
• Technical and page-view information generated when you use the site, including information described below under analytics, advertising, and cookies.

We use this information as needed to:

• Provide, maintain, and secure your authenticated Topout workspace.
• Organize project workflows and help you track permits, bids, draws, comps, and punch-list work.
• Calculate or prepare project, budget, financial, and listing materials.
• Run AI-assisted listing-draft functionality using relevant prompts and project inputs you provide.
• Process billing, confirm payments, troubleshoot problems, and improve reliability.
• Send operational notices and the weekly portfolio digest described below.

Topout checkout is hosted through the installed Stripe-billing integration. Stripe processes payment details during checkout. Topout receives the billing and payment-confirmation details needed to operate your subscription, confirm a purchase, and provide the service. This page does not make a broader claim about what payment-related information may or may not be retained by Topout or Stripe.

The current site loads the Meta Pixel. It can record page-view events, a signup lead event, and a purchase event after a payment is confirmed. The site may also send a page-load visitor beacon to Polsia when the deployment analytics variables are configured. That beacon uses a visitor identifier stored in your browser's local storage.

These tools may use cookies or similar technologies, including pixels and local storage, to recognize a browser, measure activity, attribute signups or purchases, and understand site usage. The current product does not have a documented consent banner or preference center on this page. You can use browser or device controls to limit cookies, clear local storage, or manage advertising choices, although some site functionality or measurement may change as a result.

Topout currently sends an active weekly portfolio digest to account email addresses. The digest summarizes portfolio and project activity such as permits, bids, draws, budget signals, and listing updates. We may also send operational notices needed to provide or secure the service.

We may share information with service providers that help us host the app and database, authenticate accounts, process payments, provide AI functionality, send email, measure analytics, or run advertising. They receive information as needed for those services and their own terms and privacy practices may also apply.

Topout is designed around an authenticated project workspace, but the current photo behavior has an important limitation: uploaded files are written below public/uploads/projects/... and the project-photo list endpoint is currently unauthenticated. As a result, someone who knows a photo path may be able to reach that photo without signing in. Do not upload material that should not be reachable under this current setup.

We may also disclose information when needed to protect the service, investigate abuse or security issues, comply with a legal process, or support a business change. We do not promise that information is never shared.

Topout does not currently have a documented automatic retention schedule or a self-service account-deletion route. Records may be kept while your account is active and for as long as reasonably needed to operate, secure, reconcile, or troubleshoot the service.

You can email topout-2@polsia.app to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account information. We will review the request and its details, including any operational, security, legal, or backup considerations; this page does not promise a deletion deadline or complete deletion from backups.

You can contact us by email about access, correction, or deletion of your account data. You can also use browser and device controls to manage cookies and local storage, and use available advertising controls to limit some tracking. If you receive an optional digest or support communication, you can email us to ask that it stop where applicable; operational or security notices may still be necessary.

Depending on where you live, local law may give you additional privacy rights. This statement describes available choices and a way to make a request; it is not a claim that Topout is compliant with GDPR, CCPA, or any other specific privacy regime.
